Our guarantee: We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
Within 30 days of original purchase: BeachFlair gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price.
After 30 days of original purchase: BeachFlair will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale (with original receipt) or for the current selling price (without original receipt).
Monogrammed, Screen Printed or personalized items are not returnable or exchangeable.
BeachFlair gladly honors a one-time price adjustment within 7 days of the mail-order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt.
A mail check will be issued for all returns on items purchased with a personal check. Please allow at least 14 business days for mail check to arrive.
Shipping Charges: On all returns the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges on any item returned for credit
Return or Exchange an Item By Mail: You can also send the item back to us at the address below using any other traceable method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.
